Shipping & Returns

Shipping within the Continental US is $25. Alaska/Hawaii is $35. Handling charges are $10.

All items are shipped from "The G'tar Guy". If you require special shipping, please advise us, and we will do our very best to work with you. We are not able to ship to an address other than the billing address for your approved credit card. This is to protect you from credit card fraud, which has become a very serious issue for online companies.

International Shipping: We will ONLY ship internationally to the billing address of the buyers credit card. We ship internationally, but we do suggest emailing us at sales@gtarguy.com or call 732-286-2333 for a shipping estimate. All in-stock items will be processed within 5-10 business days. Out-of-stock items could take up to 4-6 weeks for delivery. All orders from the UNK Custom Shop could take up to 10-14 weeks.

Return Information: You have thirty days to return damaged or defective product.
